To support our business growth, we actively seek talents
to meet our resourcing requirements in China. In line with
our plan to strengthen the management bench, we recruit
talents at different transition points in their careers, from
fresh graduates to young, mid-career professionals and
industry veterans.
Through our network with various distinguished China and
overseas universities, we recruit young talents through
our Management Associate Programme and Graduate
Development Programme. Our scale also provides a
platform for cross fertilisation where employees have the
opportunity to rotate to different malls, functions, cities or
countries as part of their career development.

Training & Development Opportunities
We are committed to being a learning organisation. In
collaboration with CapitaMalls Asia, we provide a suite
of training and development programmes for employees
to acquire relevant knowledge and skills to achieve
business excellence.
To complement classroom training, employees can learn
at their own time and pace via our online learning platform
iCampus, which carries more than 200 courses in Chinese
and English.
Overseas study visits are also organised for employees to
gain exposure, learn from other mall operators and network
with industry players.
For new employees, we put in place structured programmes
to help them integrate and ease into our culture and system.
On their frst day of work, they have easy access to company
information, policies and processes on iCampus. During
their frst three months, they will also be invited to attend a
four-day Boot Camp where they gain deeper insights into
our management philosophy, core values, business strategy
and operations. It also creates an opportunity for the new
employees to network and interact with other colleagues.
For members of the senior management team with proven
track record and leadership potential, we partner with
CapitaLand Institute of Management and Business (CLIMB)
to provide leadership and management programmes to
hone their management, leadership and business skills.
Active Staff Engagement
As part of our concerted efforts to engage our employees
in China, we organise regular recreational, team-building
and networking events to foster cohesiveness. Senior
management also conducts regular staff communication
sessions to keep employees abreast of CRCT’s fnancial
results and strategic business thrusts.
